It's always a hit or miss. I've been ordering from this place for over a year now, many many times, and sometimes it's good but other times it's a complete disappointment. The inconsistency is horrible. I've never had a problem with the delivery itself, just the quality of the food.
Once I spent $35 on their Chicken Alfredo Pasta and it was delivered to me without chicken. The wings are sometimes perfectly sauced and other times completely dry.
Because of their inconsistency I've started ordering pizza from Garlic Jim's, Papa Johns, & Halftime Pizza which all deliver to my address. -

Came to pick up a order the lady that took my order had not Energy on the phone what so ever sounded super tired and hating life.
Then I walk in the store to pick up my food and Tyler did greet myself or any of the customers after me was looking down the whole time and not eye contact what so ever the customer service needs major improvement because my experience was horrible! -

THIS IS A PIZZA HUT. They have PEPPERONIS, they have SODAS, they have COOKIES, and FOUR CHAIRS to choose from! If you've had Pizza Hut before, you'll get EXACTLY what you expect.
Prepare to be PIZZA HIT in the mouth. With flavor. -

If I could give this place a zero, I would!! Two hours for my delivery last week. When I called, she said he was almost at my place then corrected herself and said he was already back at the restaurant - never tried to deliver my food or even
Reluctantly, I ordered again this week - mistakes happen. The driver arrived timely but accidentally dropped my food on the ground. He said someone would bring it out right away - no one came. When I called they said no one answered the door. Funny, it's a small apartment and I've been near the door for over an hour. In addition, I have a dog who gets excited anytime there is a knock or a ring at the door. Lied to again!!!
Update: they never did deliver the food they dropped on the sidewalk nor have I received a call! -

Poor poor service!!!! I've order here many times an never had a issue and this time I ordered a pepperoni with BACON and when I received my pizza there was NO BACON WHATSOEVER. I called and complained and manager I spoke said he'd give us credit for the pizza for next time and he I'll speak to the cook who made it . Well, next time came along and spoke with someone new to get the pizza and this new person said that the manager said he was the one who made it and was sure he put bacon on it and didn't give us the credit as promised ... SMH!!!! I never the one to complain but this is ridiculous.
